Who we are

FullPotentialCoaching(“Full Potential”, “we”) is a coaching business registered in the Netherlands (KVK 81562268, BTW NL003576306B53), based in Amsterdam. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit this website or contact us.

What we collect

Inquiry data. When you fill in our inquiry form (hosted by Typeform) or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about your goals and situation.

Health data. Coaching may involve information about your health, weight, or physical condition. We only process this with your explicit consent, use it solely to coach you, and never share it with third parties.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked). IP addresses are not stored by GA4, and we do not use this data to identify you.

Why we process it

We process your data to respond to your inquiry, deliver coaching you have asked for (performance of a contract), and improve this website (legitimate interest). Health-related data is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Third parties

We use Typeform (inquiry form), WhatsApp (messaging), Google Analytics (statistics), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and, where required, under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together plus the legal retention periods that apply to Dutch businesses (7 years for administrative records).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the inquiry form or our Instagram channels listed in the footer.

Transformation photos

Client photos and stories on this site are published only with explicit written consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, after which the material is removed.
